Last year, there were no F schools in Florida. Gov. Bush gave himself credit. This year, there are 68 F schools, including seven in Palm Beach County. Gov. Bush gives himself credit . . . Whatever grades schools get, there's no doubt what grade Gov. Bush will give himself.
