Republican with a capital 'D'
Zell Miller isn't really a Democrat but he plays one on TV. And if you scroll way down, you'll see he's joined by Florida's governor-for-a-couple-hours Wayne Mixson, who pops up every time Jeb needs a token "Democrat" for this or that committee. If they actually changed parties, they'd get zero attention, so they keep up the charade.
