The gang that can't prosecute straight
Via Discourse.net: The Justice Dept.'s absurd prosecution of Greenpeace demonstrators is thrown out of court by a US District judge. "The first prosecution modern history of a nonprofit advocacy group for the nonviolent civil disobedience of its members" attempted to employ an obscure 19th century law against the group.
