Nader's back on the ballot

The state Supreme Court puts Ralph "not a spoiler" Nader back on the Florida ballot, much to the relief of the Republican Party.
+ Herald version.
+ Tallahassee Dem. version.
+ Sun-Sentinel version.
+ NY Times version.
+ Washington Post version.

The gist of the ruling is that the law fails to define what it means by "national party," so no matter how bogus the "Reform Party" or its nomination process may be, it still has a place on the Florida ballot.

Abstract Appeal has links to pdf files of all the opinions.

Discourse.net critiques the ruling.
